At Sparc, we understand the importance of privacy and when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act in a responsible manner. To demonstrate our firm commitment to maintaining the privacy of all users of the Sparc Online Training Program, Sparc, LLC has created this privacy statement, which discloses what information we gather, how we use it, and how to correct or change it.

Our site's registration form requires that you give us contact information (like your name, store ID number, and email address) and, in limited circumstances, unique identifiers. We use contact information from the registration form to occasionally send you news and developments regarding both the Sparc program and its participating vendors, retailers and partners. Sparc may provide your information to third parties in aggregate with others' information, which does not allow you to be identified or contacted ("Aggregate Information"). Depending on the circumstances, Sparc may or may not charge for this information.

The "Free and Discounted Product" section of Sparc uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services directly from our vendor partners. When you voluntarily request a not-for-resale product, we collect contact information in order to fulfill the request.

Our online surveys ask visitors for contact information. We use contact data from our surveys to help us provide you with better service. We sometimes share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with our partners. We never share any information about specific individuals with any third party.

Sparc offers contests in which we request certain personal information. The visitor's personal information is used to verify winners and is shared with vendors, including sponsor companies, who may need to contact the winner regarding the fulfillment of a prize.
